Join Waterspirit, SOMA Action and many more this Tuesday evening as we host a NJ Green Amendment Town Hall in Maplewood, NJ!

Green Amendments add language to our state constitution to put our right to a safe environment on par with fundamental freedoms like free speech. In New Jersey, we could make this a reality as momentum for the effort continues to build state-wide.

Maya K. van Rossum is an award-winning speaker, advocate, and founder of both Delaware Riverkeeper and Green Amendments for the Generations. She is also part of Waterspirit's growing club of former Spirit of Water award winners!

She will speak to the power of Green Amendments to give our environmental rights the strongest legal protection, the current effort to secure a Green Amendment in New Jersey’s state constitution, and lead a community discussion on how you can get involved.
