🌎Happy World Cat Domination Day!😸

Let’s be honest… the cats took over a long time ago. We simply provide the food, pay the bills, open the doors, and admire their greatness.

Today, we celebrate our feline overlords and thank them for allowing us to live in their homes, sleep in their beds, and occasionally earn their affection.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have important staff duties to attend to. My supervisor is staring at an empty food bowl.

🎉 That’s a Wrap, Carolina Kitty Con! 🎉

What a weekend!

Despite a few unexpected challenges (we’re looking at you, missing convention boxes 👀📦), we refused to let a little chaos steal the joy of the weekend—and what a weekend it was!

We spent the last few days surrounded by friends, business partners, advocates, volunteers, and our incredible cat-loving family. With more than 3,000 attendees, Carolina Kitty Con was filled with connection, compassion, and community.

We shook hands. We shared hugs. We celebrated victories. We educated and learned from one another. We laughed until our cheeks hurt and, every now and then, shared a few tears of joy as we reflected on the lives being changed through rescue, advocacy, and collaboration.

Events like this remind us that while we may come from different organizations, backgrounds, and corners of the country, we’re united by one thing: our love for cats and our commitment to making the world a better place for them.

A huge thank you to everyone who organized, sponsored, volunteered, attended, and supported Carolina Kitty Con. You created something truly special, and we are grateful to have been a part of it.

Until next year… keep dreaming big, keep helping cats, and keep believing in the power of community. 🐾❤️
