Upcoming Immunization Clinics

Central Montana Health District will be holding immunization clinics at our schools:

Wednesday, October 14 at 10:00 AM
Elementary School

Wednesday, October 28 at 10:00 AM
Jr. High/High School

The clinics will offer flu and COVID vaccinations, as well as any required immunizations students may be missing.

These clinics are available to students, staff, and community members. Paperwork is available in the school offices, and please have your insurance information available.

If your student is missing required immunizations and you would like them to receive them, this is a great opportunity to get them caught up. If you need an exemption form, you can pick one up at either school office.

Students who remain out of compliance may be placed on conditional attendance, so please take advantage of this opportunity if your student needs immunizations.

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Area II Agency on Aging is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team and help expand services that support older adults and individuals with disabilities in living safely and independently in their homes.

This position will assist with our Consumer First Choice (CFC) program and play an important part in setup of a new Medicare Case Management program.

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about helping people navigate services and maintain independence. Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, caregivers, Medicaid programs, or community-based services is preferred.

One of the most important ways we an prepare for the future is by listening to the people who know our communities best: our neighbors across Montana.

All Montana residents age 55 and older are invited to join a community survey for older Montanans, open online via the link polco.us/montana2026 or by scanning the QR code by July 10, 2026.

Please share WIDELY!!! Broad participation ensures results reflect the diverse experiences, desires, and needs of residents across the state.

Paper copies are available through your local Area Agency on Aging and are due July 3, 2026.

The survey is an opportunity to share experiences, identify challenges, and help shape the future of the communities we call home. Please share your input on topics including housing, transportation, accessibility, employment and volunteer opportunities, health and community services.

Area II Agency on Aging, on behalf of statewide Area Agencies on Aging, is conducting the 2026 Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults (CASOA) in partnership with Polco, a nationally recognized civic engagement and research organization.
