This upcoming class is completely free, and it’s designed for anyone — all movements can be done seated in a chair or standing, making it welcoming and adaptable for all ability levels.

Come Learn About Brain Health & Dementia! 🧠💙

Area II is excited to support the MSU Extension Mobile Memory Café coming to Roundup!

If you or someone you love has questions about memory loss, dementia, caregiving, or simply wants to learn more about keeping your brain healthy, this free event is for you!

Join us on Thursday, August 20, from 11:30 AM–1:30 PM at the Roundup Senior Center for an informal, drop-in opportunity to learn and ask questions.

Topics will include:
• Understanding dementia and memory loss
• Early warning signs
• How dementia is diagnosed
• What to expect after a diagnosis
• Brain health and living well
• Communication strategies
• Resources for individuals, families, and caregivers

You don't have to be a caregiver or have a diagnosis to attend. Everyone is welcome! Come learn, ask questions, connect with others, and discover resources that can help our community better understand brain health and dementia.

One of the most important ways we an prepare for the future is by listening to the people who know our communities best: our neighbors across Montana.

All Montana residents age 55 and older are invited to join a community survey for older Montanans, open online via the link polco.us/montana2026 or by scanning the QR code by July 10, 2026.

Please share WIDELY!!! Broad participation ensures results reflect the diverse experiences, desires, and needs of residents across the state.

Paper copies are available through your local Area Agency on Aging and are due July 3, 2026.

The survey is an opportunity to share experiences, identify challenges, and help shape the future of the communities we call home. Please share your input on topics including housing, transportation, accessibility, employment and volunteer opportunities, health and community services.

Area II Agency on Aging, on behalf of statewide Area Agencies on Aging, is conducting the 2026 Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults (CASOA) in partnership with Polco, a nationally recognized civic engagement and research organization.

UPDATE! - We were able to add a 1/2 day on June 23rd to the clinic. However, this event has been so popular that we only have 8 appointments still available.
