Our tiny fighter is just days away from a pain-free life! ❤️

If you’ve been following Rocket’s story, you know this little guy has fought hard since he was just 3 days old. Now, an infection in his leg has left him in severe pain, and amputation is the kindest way forward.

His surgery is scheduled for next Thursday, and we need your help to make it happen!

🎯 Our goal: $2,800
🐾 Raised so far: $1,350

So, we’re more than halfway there, but we need to close that gap before surgery.

We can’t wait for Rocket to recover, carry his favorite blankie around, chase toys, and do all the silly kitten things he deserves to do—without pain holding him back. 🥹

Can you chip in to help Rocket get his second chance? Every dollar brings him closer to surgery and a happier, healthier life.

One of our volunteers, Vicki, found this adorable baby under her next-door neighbor's air conditioning unit. She was pretty out of it due to the heat. We've named her Lucy.

Isn't she a doll?

❤️ Rocket needs us.

This sweet boy has already overcome so much.

He arrived in foster care at just 3 days old, weighing only ounces and needing round-the-clock care to survive.

His foster mom fed him every hour, day and night.

Rocket fought.

He grew.

He became a happy, playful kitten with a serious love for his blankie. 🥹🐾

But an infection from his umbilical cord caused septic bursitis in his leg, and now Rocket is facing another fight.

After weeks of trying to treat the infection, his veterinarian has determined that amputation is the only way to give him lasting relief from his pain.

Rocket's surgery and veterinary care will cost $2,800, and we're asking our community to help us get him there.

Because that $2,800 isn't just a vet bill.

It's Rocket waking up without pain.

It's Rocket learning to run on three legs.

It's Rocket chasing toys, carrying his blankie, playing with his friends, and growing into the happy cat he's meant to be.

It's his second chance. ❤️

If you've already donated, thank you. Truly.

If you can't donate, please share this post. You never know who might see Rocket's story and decide to join his journey.

This little fighter has come too far to live in pain.

Let's get Rocket through surgery and back to his blankie. 🐱❤️

The 'School Bus Gang'.

The 5 kittens we rescued from Hutto. We call them that because, at mealtime, they line up like they're about to get on a school bus.

They are doing great with foster mom, Perri.

Age: Kitten
Gender: Handsome gentleman 😽
Size: Small, but growing!
Location: Round Rock, TX
Relationship status: Single & ready to mingle
Love language: Cuddles, playtime & being near his people
Personality: Affectionate, friendly, curious & very funny
Special talent: Making everyone fall in love with him

💚 HIS GREEN FLAGS

✔️ Good with kids
✔️ Good with dogs
✔️ Good with cats
✔️ House-trained
✔️ Neutered
✔️ Vaccinated
✔️ No special needs
✔️ Very, very cute

🚩 HIS DEAL BREAKERS

❌ Being ignored
❌ Empty food bowls
❌ Not enough playtime
❌ Anyone who doesn't appreciate kitten zoomies

💕 HIS IDEA OF THE PERFECT DATE

A little playtime.

A little exploring.

A good meal.

Then curling up next to his favorite person for some serious cuddle time.

Basically, Fanta is looking for someone who will show him that the rest of his life can be as sweet as he is. ❤️

Fanta has already been through more than any kitten should.

At just 2 months old, he had lost his mother and was left trying to survive on an abandoned farm, surrounded by filth and barely enough food. When he finally made it into foster care, he was malnourished and battling a severe eye infection.

But that isn't the Fanta we know today.

With medical care, patience, and lots of love, this little guy is thriving. His eyes are bright. His belly is full. And his funny, affectionate personality is finally getting the chance to shine.

Now he's ready for the best part of his story:

Finding his forever family. 🏡💕

His adoption fee is $100, and he's already neutered, vaccinated, and ready to meet his match.

📩 Think you and Fanta could be a match?

He's been waiting long enough for his happily-ever-after.

Fanta isn't looking for a fling. He's looking for forever. 💘🐱
