Another great evening spent with our Round Lake community! 💙💛

We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of events that bring families together and create lasting memories. The Round Lake Jr. Panthers Wrestling Club is about much more than wrestling—we’re committed to building relationships, supporting our community, and giving our kids opportunities to be positive role models both on and off the mat.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, enjoyed a complimentary refreshment, asked questions about our program, or simply came by to say hello. Every conversation reminds us why we’re proud to call Round Lake home.

Today, our Round Lake Jr. Panthers Wrestling Club competed at the Midwest Nationals Wrestling Tournament at Wesleyan University, and we couldn’t be more proud of our athletes!

We brought home a 3rd-place finish and a 6th-place finish, but the results only tell part of the story. Every wrestler stepped on the mat, competed hard, and represented our club with determination, toughness, and sportsmanship.

The improvement we’ve seen from our wrestlers throughout our offseason program has been incredible. Their commitment to showing up, working hard in practice, and pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones is paying off. Today’s success is a reflection of the effort they’ve put in over the past several months.

Congratulations to all of our wrestlers for their hard work and continued growth. The future is bright for the Panthers, and we’re excited to keep building momentum heading into the next season!

🐾🤼‍♂️ Tournament Recap – Grayslake Central 🤼‍♀️🐾

The Round Lake Jr. Panthers had a great day of wrestling this past Saturday at Grayslake Central! Our wrestlers showed tremendous effort, determination, and sportsmanship on the mat, and we are proud to celebrate several athletes who brought home 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes. 🏅

More importantly, we saw our wrestlers continue to improve, compete with confidence, and represent our club the right way. Every match is an opportunity to learn and grow, and our Panthers did exactly that.

Keep up the hard work, Panthers—the season is just getting started, and we’re excited to see what comes next! 💪🐾

Some of our Round Lake Jr Panthers wrestlers competed at the Knights Mat Tournament and represented the team with a lot of heart and hard work.

A huge congratulations to Alese for bringing home 1st place! 🥇 Your dedication and effort are paying off.

Another one of our Panthers also stepped up and competed hard in an older division, showing toughness and willingness to challenge themselves against older competition. That kind of experience builds confidence, grit, and growth.

Off-season wrestling is extremely important. It gives athletes more mat time, helps sharpen technique, builds conditioning, and teaches them how to compete under pressure. Every tournament, every match, and every challenge helps prepare these kids for the season ahead.

Proud of all our Panthers for continuing to put in the work and represent Round Lake the right way. 💪🐾
