Rotterdam Community Center A place where neighbors of all backgrounds can gather without fear to support, learn & grow together.

The “three legs” of our open table, all crosscut by a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, are:

1) food security
2) mental health & wellbeing
3) arts, culture & self expression

Formed by the historic 2021 consolidation of the former Trinity Reformed Church into Messiah Lutheran, Trinity's former church space is now a resource for everyone in our community, no matter their religious affiliat

ion! We host a wide variety of regular weekly offerings from Movie Night to 12 Step Programs, Community Crafters to Zumba, Board Game Night and Yoga. The Rotterdam Community Center also houses our Bread of Life Food Pantry and Produce Pantry programs. We also regularly host community concerts and other one-time arts and culture events, all which can be found on the 'events' tab of our page.

Happy Sunday, neighbors! An ever-so-friendly 😉 reminder that our Community Free Food Fridge is for unused & unopened food items only. Please do not leave opened goods and/or non-food items in the fridge, nor should trash be left around the outside of the fridge.

The fridge will be getting a good clean today thanks to Kristen Lynn! 🫶

🤝 Glad to be a part of this week’s roundtable presentation at the Rotterdam Community Center bringing together community leaders, supporters, and friends to learn more about the important work being done to serve our neighbors.

The Rotterdam Community Center has become a place where people come together, families find support, and our community grows stronger through the dedication of so many volunteers, partners, and supporters.

Thank you to everyone who came out to help us raise our flags!! 🏳️‍🌈 We are so blessed to have such a welcoming and supportive community. As we say, it takes a community to make a community center, and we are so lucky that community is Rotterdam.

Many thanks to the Rotterdam Police Department for helping keep us safe during our gathering as well!
