Tomorrow is the last day of early voting before Tuesday’s election and we urge you to please vote. If you requested and received an absentee ballot, you can return it Friday at your early voting location or at the election office on Election Day. Polls are open in metro Atlanta counties from 7am to 7pm but more rural counties may only open early voting between 9am to 5pm.

If you want candidate issue information, our Election Integrity scorecards are posted on the VoterGA.org home page. It is not only important for you to vote but please remind your friends and family as well and make sure they are properly informed.

Does “Shall” really mean “Shall” - Georgia Supreme Court To Decide Wednesday Oct. 14 at 10am

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 14th, the Georgia Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Fulton County GOP v. Fulton County Board of Commissioners to determine if Jason Frazier and Julie Adams, appointees of the Fulton County GOP, are required to (“shall”) be appointed to the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections (FCBRE). The Fulton County Board of Commissioners has fought this all the way to the Supreme Court. Commissioner Dana Barrett said she was willing to go to jail rather than vote to appoint Jason and Julie to the FCBRE. What are the commissioners so afraid of – truth? Please join us in the courtroom to find out. You can park at Liberty Plaza or take Marta one stop east of Five Points to the Georgia State Capitol exit. The hearing is expected to conclude by noon.

GA GOV. CANDIDATES BLOW OFF ELECTION SECURITY – WE TOLD YOU SO

The 2026 Georgia gubernatorial debate proved what we have known since the June primary runoff results were announced. Neither candidate expressed awareness or concern about election security when asked the final question of the night by a concerned poll worker from Cobb County.

Keisha Lance Bottoms falsely claimed that: “We already know there are FBI agents on the ground right now in Fulton County monitoring or tampering with our elections.” She also said: “I do want to eliminate the State Election Board that has gone rogue and has been a disaster.”

Rick Jackson stated: “I believe Gov. Kemp passed a bill in 2021 making it easier to vote and hard to cheat. Our last two elections have been good from that standpoint. We haven’t had any problems”. He confirmed again: “But right now. I am comfortable that Gov. Kemp has passed a law that is working…”

Even if that law works in some ways, forensics and unrefuted expert witness testimony still show our voting system was installed for wireless remote accessibility despite Secretary of State and vendor claims. The system declared the wrong winners in a 2022 primary and tens of thousands of ballots were rescanned in the 2024 election without legitimate reasons.

In reality, Georgians have suffered for 25 years from unverifiable, secretly counted elections using secret proprietary software running on unsecure Chinese chipsets. Most voters who pay attention know this so why don’t the candidates?
