🏌️Golfers....there's still time to sign up for our June 29 outing at Heather Hills Golf Club!

Cost is $450 per team or $120 for a single golfer. In addition to 18 holes of golf with cart, you'll get a great continental breakfast and freshly prepared lunch at the turn.

Once again our volunteers have collected some impressive prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin and overall winner.

Last, but not least, your participation means our 4CCF - Friends of Imagination Library can send more books to more local children as an affiliate of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library .

🎨Four County Community Foundation is now seeking proposals for public art projects. We're joining our fellow community foundations in a regional Thumb Art Spark initiative that aims to turn blank spaces into opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and community connection across the region.

4CCF will consider applications for permanent outdoor public art installations located within its service area—southeastern Lapeer County, western St. Clair County, northern Macomb County, and northeastern Oakland County—that enhance public spaces and contribute to the six county Thumb Art Spark celebration happening in 2027.

🌟Here's a fun and fashionable way to support one of our agency funds, the LaVigne Home for Compassionate Care, at their upcoming fundraiser on June 18 in Davison. The LaVigne Home for Compassionate Care provided end-of-life care for residents from Genesee and Lapeer counties, plus others from around Michigan, when space allows.

Three new members have joined Four County Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees in 2026. Julia Kaiser, Angie McCoy and Adam Schlusler were formally welcomed at the board’s quarterly meeting in April.

All three previously served in other roles with Four County Community Foundation before joining the board. Julia reviews grants and scholarships; serves on the Proactive Committee and has presented grant writing workshops with 4CCF Executive Director Kathy Dickens. Angie takes part in 4CCF’s Hispanic Coalition and helped plan prior Hispanic Heritage Fiesta events. Adam has lent his expertise as a member of the Foundation’s Finance Committee for several years.

“Four County Community Foundation is so fortunate to have dedicated trustees to steward charitable dollars that enrich our communities. Trustees honor our history, while keeping an eye on the future. We appreciate their time and effort,” said 4CCF Executive Director Kathy Dickens.
