🚲 Let’s keep Chandlers Landing safe for everyone.

We’ve received several questions about e-bikes, scooters, and dirt bikes, so we’re sharing this helpful graphic from the Rockwall Police Department to clarify what’s street legal and what isn’t.

A few recent incidents involving dirt bikes have understandably raised concerns, but it’s important to remember that not every rider is breaking the rules. Many kids are simply enjoying legal e-bikes, scooters, and bicycles responsibly.

We ask everyone to do their part:
✔️ Ride safely and follow traffic laws.
✔️ Parents, please talk with your kids about safe riding.
✔️ If you witness unsafe or prohibited activity, please don’t confront or yell at children or teens. Instead, contact Security so they can address the situation appropriately.
