Enjoy a fun “dirt” themed snack, make new friends, and connect with others in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Feel free to bring a snack or beverage to share!

The Comptroller encourages all taxpayers to support and buy from Texas businesses while saving money on tax-free purchases of certain water-efficient and water-conserving products during the annual Texas Water-Efficient Products Sales Tax Holiday (http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/TX/htm/TX.151.htm #151.3335). There is no limit on the number of qualifying items you can buy, and you do not need to give the seller an exemption certificate to buy items tax free.
The 2026 holiday begins Saturday, May 23, and goes through Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day).
