Our Tuesday 7 o'clock kitty is 1-year-old Peewee! 🖤

Peewee is a young kitty with a big personality and an even bigger fan club - especially his foster, who is having a very hard time letting this special boy go. But it’s time for Peewee to find a home of his own! 🏠

Peewee loves to play - with toys, with other cats, with dogs, and sometimes just with himself if nobody else is available. He still has that classic kitten energy, though at nearly eleven pounds he’s already a sturdy little guy. Because of that, he’ll do best with a patient, easygoing animal companion who doesn’t mind an enthusiastic playmate.

He absolutely needs a home with other young cats. Peewee loves to cuddle up with his feline friends and would be very lonely without them (see photo). At night, he’s also very committed to sleeping with his humans - preferably right where he can supervise everyone. 💕

Peewee does have a touch of stranger danger and may take a couple of days to feel comfortable in a new home. Very young, rambunctious children tend to make him nervous, so a calmer home would suit him best.

A few important notes about Peewee’s hobbies: He is a passionate shredder of paper products (receipts, tissues, and anything you thought was safely on the table), and he occasionally enjoys walking up to the household dog and bopping them on the nose for absolutely no reason at all.

Peewee is ready for the happy ending he deserves! 🥰

Introducing two new 3 1/2 month old kittens, Betel & Orion! 😻😻

Betel (black) and Orion (tabby) are adorable brothers who epitomize the word 'kitten'. Lap time and snuggles - yes please! Toys, climbers and scratchers - always! Silliness, loads of affection and just a touch of crazy!

Betel and Orion thrive on human companionship, as well as feline friendship. They are fostered with another kitten close to their age and it is a beautiful friendship between the three of them. They also enjoy time with the resident adult cats and though they have not met a dog, with proper introductions they would do very well.

These young brothers would love to find a forever home together, but can also be adopted separately to homes with other friendly kitties.

Pop the bubbly and get the balloons out because Indy girl is 10 years old today! 🎈🍾🎉

What does Indy want for her birthday more than anything? A loving family to give her a home for her golden years. As you can see from her RBF (resting beautiful face), Indy is our resident grump, but who can blame her? She is ready to retire and has nowhere to do so!

This sweet girl deserves a quiet home where she can live out her best re-enactment as Sophia from Golden Girls. Just like everyone's favorite TV grandma, Indy loves to greet people at the door and then walk away until she is good and ready for some pets. If you don't mind her coming to you on her terms then she will gladly accept snuggles for as long as you dish them out.

Like any distinguished older lady, she has some strict rules she'd like her family to adhere to. One, please no kittens. All that roughhousing and shenanigans is well in her past and she would rather avoid it. If anything, she would do phenomenal as a single pet.

Two, she would prefer a calm environment. She once watched an episode of John and Kate Plus Eight and thought she slipped into a nightmare. A household that allows for peace and quiet is her dream.

Our Monday 7 o'clock kitty is 6-year-old Wilbur! 😍

Wilbur is a sweetheart of a kitty currently looking for his perfect forever home. There are many facets to his amazing personality. Wilbur enjoys bossing his humans around and climbing his cat tree, but loves nothing more than curling up on your lap for cuddles! This sweetheart loves to be his human’s teddy bear at night.

Wilbur also loves to be sung to. He is the most lovable goofy boy and his foster mom would keep him in a heartbeat if not for this one stipulation - he needs to be in a home without other cats. 🚫🐈

Wilbur is prone to urinary blockages and is currently on a special urinary diet wet food. He was born with a short, curly tail, but it does not hold him back.

Wilbur would be the best companion in a calm cat-free home where he feels safe.

Meet Bo and Peep💔

At just 4½ months old, these bonded kittens have already endured more than any kitten should.

Peep and Bo were rescued from a rural trailer park where dozens of other kittens are living in similarly heartbreaking conditions. Many are suffering from severe illness and desperately need help. We are doing everything we can to work through them as resources, foster homes, and funding allow.

When Peep and Bo arrived at GRASP, they were both battling terrible upper respiratory infections. While Bo is continuing to recover, sweet Peep has been fighting a devastating eye infection that was too far gone by the time we found her.

We’ve done everything we could to save her eye. After consulting with four different veterinarians in an effort to get her the surgery she needed as quickly as possible, her eye has continued to deteriorate, causing increasing pain.

Tonight, we’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to bring Peep to Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services for an emergency enucleation (eye removal). While losing an eye is heartbreaking, this surgery will finally relieve her pain and give her the chance to enjoy the happy, healthy life every kitten deserves.

The estimate for her surgery is about $2300, and we need your help to make it possible.

Mitts is a special girl with extra toes on every paw. 🐾 She’s very friendly, vocal, and enjoys following her foster mom around the house and sitting together on the couch. She knows her name and comes running when called.

Mitts is not bothered by other cats and friendly dogs. She’s a sweetie and is good with people of all ages.

Our Saturday 7 o'clock kitty is 4-year-old Lou Lou! 🖤

Lou Lou (aka Looney Toons) is a very beautiful tuxedo (check out that mustache) who was trapped as a stray in the city in November 2025. When found, it took some time for her to learn to trust humans again. Once she did, she became a friendly and chatty girl. 😻

Her favorite toy is the feather wand - she will flip and jump around to catch it. She also enjoys getting treats out of a puzzle feeder or "sitting" for a treat. One of her other favorite things is to watch Cat TV on YouTube.

After some life as a stray, Lou Lou does have some boundaries. She is all about patience, and humans who will give her time to adjust and not rush into anything. She can get a little over stimulated if pet too much. Once you get to know her, you'll recognize "the look" she gives when she's about to get annoyed. 😾

Lou Lou would do best in an adult-only home. She does interact with the male cat in her foster home at times. An older, calm cat who minds their own business may be a good fit. Lou Lou is not fond of dogs, but is sort of getting used to the ones in her foster home.

Introducing 3-year-old Purrl! (Please carefully read her full description before applying... Purrl is looking for a very specific human family.)

Purrl is a Highlander/American Curl mix with a whole lot of personality packed into one beautiful, distinctive package. With her signature curled ears, athletic build, and exotic appearance, Purrl definitely stands out from the crowd.

And so does her attitude... 😼

Purrl is an independent girl who knows what she likes — and what she absolutely does not like. She is not a cuddly cat and prefers affection on her own terms. She needs an adopter who understands feline body language, respects boundaries, and appreciates a cat with a strong personality.

Because of her unique needs, Purrl requires an adopter with experience with Highlander cats or similar breeds. She also requires a specialized diet and someone who is prepared to continue meeting her specific care needs.

Purrl must be the only cat in the home. She isn't looking for feline roommates — she wants to be the queen of her castle. 👑

She isn't the right cat for everyone, and that's okay. Purrl is looking for someone who understands that the best relationships aren't always about having a lap cat. Sometimes they're about earning trust, respecting boundaries, and loving a cat exactly as she is. 💓
