🎉 WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!🎉
Pawsitive Chance Rescue Team is incredibly grateful to announce that we have received a Petfinder Foundation Operation Grant!🐾❤️
This grant will go directly toward some of the everyday essentials that keep our dogs healthy and ready for their next chapter - food and monthly preventatives for the dogs in our rescue program. 🐶
With this funding, all of our dogs will benefit from nutritious food and protection against common parasites while they wait for their foster or forever homes.
Having taken in four heartworm-positive dogs, we know firsthand just how important prevention is. Heartworm treatment can be a long and costly process, and it's something we work hard to help prevent in the first place. That's why we're especially grateful for this grant and the opportunity to ensure the dogs in our care receive the monthly preventatives they need. ❤️
Rescue isn't just about the big moments - the intakes, the adoptions, and the happy gotcha days. It's also about the everyday care that happens in between. Food bowls that need filling, preventatives that need to be given, and making sure every dog in our care has what they need while we work toward finding them a home.
We are so thankful to the Petfinder Foundation for helping us continue providing consistent, quality care to the dogs counting on us. Your support helps take some of the financial pressure off our small rescue and allows us to keep focusing on what matters most: the dogs.
