We’re inviting Tampa Bay businesses to support women’s mental health through our "Pumpkin Smash the Silence & Holiday Market"—and you don’t need products or a vendor booth to make a difference.

Sponsor the event, donate supplies, contribute your professional skills, or bring your team! We’re looking for pumpkins, printing, event equipment, photography, volunteer refreshments, and cleanup support.

Your contribution helps support Full Range Foundation’s free coaching for service members and pouses and V.O.I.C.E.S. Against Sexual Assault’s free 10-week survivor program.

For years, “I’ll handle it myself” felt safer than saying, “I need you.”

Even asking Joe for a hug could feel vulnerable. Beneath that was a question: What if I share what I need and still feel alone?

I’m learning that speaking honestly matters—even when the response disappoints me. It honors what I feel, gives someone an opportunity to care, and helps me decide what comes next.

My part is to name my needs and choose my next step. Their part is how they respond.

What feels hardest for you to ask for: comfort, help, or understanding?

What a great way to start a Tuesday! 💙

Thank you, Greater SouthShore Chamber of Commerce, for creating a place for Full Range Foundation to share our mission, feel supported, and connect with other nonprofits serving our community.

A special thank-you to the Firehouse Cultural Center, Ruskin, FL in Ruskin for hosting us and giving us a personal tour of your facilities. We loved learning more about the creativity and community connection happening in your space!

Today’s Non-Profit Round-Up was a reminder of what becomes possible when we come together, exchange ideas, and support one another’s work. We’re grateful to build relationships that help us better serve military members, veterans, and their spouses through life and mental health coaching.

Thank you for making room for our mission, and for the people behind it.
