PUPDATE: this poor baby has passed away. We will pick him up and hold on ice to see if an owner comes forward. If not we will give him a proper burial.

Pictures may be a little hard to handle but it mostly bruising. I really want the owner to be able to recognize their baby. I got a call about the Chihuahua that has been attacked by something. He is at Southern Coastal Vet but is not doing well. He has fluid in and around his lungs and swollen. Questions of neurological issues are present. PLEASE if you recognize or if this is your dog contact me asap for a final decision 763-202-3787

Updated again:
He is resting from surgery. We are giving him lost of rest and managing the pain. Next week he will start lazor therapy and after awhile he will start therapy and working on muscle and joint movement. We have a lot of work ahead of us.

UPDATE:
This sweet babies abrasions have been treated. X-rays show he has a fractured tibia and 3 fractures of his hip. We have a surgeon who will be coming into Southern Coastal to perform the surgery that is needed. He will stay the night for observation and we should be able to pick him up tomorrow. He will have a long recovery ahead.

We picked up this sweet little boy on Big Bend Rd in Riverview after being hit by a car and left. We did not see it happen or I would of chased them down. He is approximately 6 months old. Has a collar but no tags and he is not microchipped. He has several abrasions and injured front leg and an injured back leg. We have taken him to Southern Coastal Vet where Dr. Brunson and her staff will take care of him. We will be making sure he gets whatever care and treatment is needed. If this is your dog you can give us a call here at 763-202-3787.
