What if Jesus doesn’t just show us what God is like—but what it means to be truly human?

In this episode of the Impact Nations Podcast, Tim sits down with pastor, theologian, and author Kenneth Tanner to explore how Jesus completely reframes our understanding of power, vulnerability, humility, suffering, and love. From the manger to the cross, Jesus reveals a kind of power that doesn’t dominate—it serves, surrenders, restores, and gives life.

🎙️ Listen to the full conversation and discover how taking the humanity of Jesus seriously can reshape the way we see God, ourselves, and the restoration of all things.

A container carrying hope—and approximately 1.2 million meals—is on its way to Malawi! 🌍💛

On August 10, the North Okanagan Valley Gleaners Society shipped a container from Vancouver, British Columbia, filled with 23,000kg of shelf-stable dry vegetable soup mix, dehydrated apples and porridge.

Its final destination is Kauma, Lilongwe, home to Village of Hope Malawi. VOH Malawi currently provides a nutritious daily meal to 489 children while supporting vulnerable children through education, healthcare, and family-focused care.

We are deeply grateful to the Gleaners and everyone who helped prepare, pack, and ship this remarkable gift. Each meal represents nourishment, care, and hope for the children and families of Malawi.

Please keep this precious shipment and its journey in your prayers. 🙏

Hello Impact Nations family, we’re excited to share another glimpse into what your faithful generosity has made possible.

In India, construction is complete on a new shelter for young women escaping exploitation. The first 16 girls are moving into safety where they will receive counseling, community support and tailoring skills, empowering them to flourish independently, just as God intended.

If you would like to experience this work first hand, consider a Journey of Compassion to Zimbabwe this November (https://www.impactnations.com/zimbabwe-registration) we will serve families of children with disabilities and help provide safe water through a new borehole and household filters.

Thank you for your faithful generosity and thank you for being a part of the Impact Nations family.
