We R4Creating R4 Creating supports programs for students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math (STEAM) and entrepreneurship.

Our BEST Robotics, Inc. team is ALL IN for this year’s competition!

They’re busy brainstorming, researching, building prototypes, troubleshooting, and creating innovative solutions for this year’s challenge. And with an amazing team of mentors by their side, there’s nothing this team can’t overcome!

It takes more than a team of hardworking students to pull off a competition season. It takes committed volunteers, faithful mentors, supportive families, and community members who are willing to invest their time, knowledge, and energy into these students.

We are incredibly thankful for the community members and alumni who come alongside our students and help guide them through the season. Your support makes a difference!

We Go Further Together!

Every great discovery builds on the ideas, knowledge, and inspiration of those who came before us. In STEM, we don’t learn in isolation—we learn from others, collaborate, share ideas, and build on what’s already been discovered.

At R4Creating, we believe that mentors, educators, families, and communities all play a role in helping the next generation see what’s possible—and go even further.

Because when we learn together, build together, and lift each other up, we create a future that reaches higher.

Intern spotlight!

Over the summer, our intern, Josh, was tasked with finding ways to keep our makerspace more organized and tidy. With guidance from his mentors, he brainstormed solutions, designed custom components, and brought his ideas to life by 3D printing several helpful organizational tools!

Meet the Robot Rally Crew!

We are pleased to introduce two members of our Robot Rally Crew!

Head Referee John Holbrook brings nearly 20 years of experience in robotics as a student, mentor, volunteer, and head referee. He leads robotics outreach at Fairmont State University’s SciTech Education Resource Center, supporting more than 30 robotics competitions across West Virginia each year.

Head Judge Todd Ensign is a faculty member at Fairmont State University and an Outreach Specialist with the SciTech Education Resource Center, where he develops innovative STEM programs for educators and students across West Virginia. He also founded the WV Robotics Alliance to expand competitive robotics and bring regional and international robotics tournaments to the state.

We are thrilled to have their expertise, experience, and passion for robotics at the debut Route 66 Robot Rally this November!

Something BIG is coming to New Mexico…

We’re excited to announce that R4Creating’s Robot Rally will host the DEBUT RECF Signature Event Robot Rally, for RECF Engage: Tier Takeover — AND we’ve added RECF Achieve: Pinnacle to the event lineup!

That means two incredible levels of competition. One unforgettable robotics experience.

This history-making event is bringing a new level of competitive robotics to New Mexico, creating an opportunity for teams to compete, connect, challenge themselves, and experience robotics on a whole new stage.

And this is just the beginning.
