Effingham County Navigator Young Adults We are a peer support group built around friendship, inclusion, and guidance into adulthood sponsored by the Effingham County Navigator Team.

We invite people to join us from surrounding Counties. Our mission is to provide young adults with diagnosis of intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism or any other young adult who would like to join a safe place to transition into adulthood. Our goal is to provide our members with friendship, self-advocacy skills, inclusive recreational activities, while gaining confidence and independence outside of their home unit.
