Hey all you Bombers! You’ve been saying you want Fran Rish to yourselves for decades. Here’s your chance 😉

HHS is currently in second place. Can we help them take 1st!?

In all seriousness, this would be a great opportunity for our community. Please join us in supporting the cause.

Details and rules in the post below.

Big news, Falcons!

Hanford High School has been named a Friday Night 5G Lights Division Finalist! We've already won $31,000 for our athletic program, and now we're one of just 10 schools on the West Coast competing for the $250,000 grand prize!

But we need YOUR help to bring home the win!

• Vote every day through October 25!

• Cast your vote at https://tinyurl.com/VoteHanford2026, through our school website or in the T-Life app.

• Spread the word! Share this post with family, friends and neighbors to help us rally the entire community!

Winning $250,000 would help us complete our stadium and bring all Falcon football games home to our own field!

Let's show everyone what the Falcon community can do when we come together! Vote daily, share often and help us bring this win home to Hanford!

Joint Training and Real-World Impact: SOCPAC and Thai Border Patrol

Recently, U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) - Thailand and the Thai Border Patrol Police (BPP) Unit 337 conducted joint training in Mae Hong Son Province to strengthen critical rescue skills.

During the exercise, Thai teams practiced:

-River mobilization techniques and swift-water rescue
-Flood-water risk area safety
-Emergency patient care and medical response

Members of Columbia Basin Dive Rescue led portions of this training while in country serving on orders with SOCPAC. Beyond disaster response, these specialized rescue skills directly support border security operations, assisting Thai agencies in combating illegal smuggling in remote areas before those threats can impact Thai and American citizens.

Put into Practice

The training quickly proved invaluable. In May, members of BPP Unit 337 successfully utilized these newly honed skills during a real-life rescue of individuals in the Mae Sariang area of northern Thailand. As the rainy season continues, the BPP remains actively deployed, patrolling and assisting in flood operations throughout the region.
