As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the many activities, events, trainings, and conversations held throughout our community.
This month was filled with opportunities to learn, connect, raise awareness, and share valuable mental health resources. Whether you attended an event, participated in an activity, helped spread the word, or simply took the time to start a conversation about mental health, your involvement made a difference.
We invite you to join us at the Take Strides Su***de Prevention Walk on September 30 at 5:00 pm as we come together to continue raising awareness, honor loved ones, and support su***de prevention efforts in our community.
Thank you for helping create a community where mental health is talked about openly, resources are shared, and support is accessible. We appreciate your commitment to making mental health a priorityโnot just in May, but all year long. ๐
