A few memories from the recent NFB and ACB conference in Austin and St. Louis!

It was an amazing experience getting to connect with so many people, learn, share ideas, and represent Computers for the Blind.

Most importantly, we want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has supported us and purchased a computer from us. Your trust and support mean more than you know, and none of this would be possible without you. ❤️

Every purchase, referral, and kind word has helped us grow and continue doing what we love. We’re truly grateful to everyone who has been a part of the journey.

Exciting News! 🎉
Computers for the Blind has been awarded a $12,000 grant from Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT).

This funding will help us connect individuals who are blind or visually impaired with high-quality and reliable computers—empowering clients through accessible technology.

Packing time❗
After our volunteers complete a computer order, it’s ready to ship! 💻With lots of bubble wrap to protect the special cargo, we make sure the laptops arrive safely at their final destination! 🚚

Our volunteer Dean is working on a motherboard setup and creating a step-by-step checklist to help make the process easier and more efficient for future builds. A lot of behind-the-scenes work goes into testing, rebuilding, and preparing the computers!
