One of our amazing volunteers recently built this custom power supply testing device from scratch!
At a basic level, this device is designed to test power supply by putting them under a controlled load. When electronics are being tested, they can produce heat, so the large copper heatsink and computer fan help keep everything cool and safe during operation.
We love seeing our volunteers use their creativity and technical skills to build tools that can be useful for us. Thank you to our volunteers for putting this project together and sharing their knowledge with us! 💻🔧❤️

Blindness Awareness Month
October is Blindness Awareness Month, a time to educate, inspire, advocate, and celebrate the blind and visually impaired community.

Launched in October 2009 by The Little Rock Foundation, the month helps challenge misconceptions and shows that blindness does not prevent people from living full, independent lives.

Rick helping bring order to the chaos, one power supply at a time
💻When we get power sources (supplies) donated, they typically come as one big, tangled bundle of cables. 😊It takes a little time and some patience to get them separated and sorted! In the end, we wind up with individual cables that match our needs👋
