JOIN US TODAY...Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. It appears the Hodag heard all about Healthy Kids Day and tried to register last night! Rumor has it he also discovered the pool slide was open and decided to camp out nearby to be first in line for all the fun. 🐾💚
Good news—you don't have to sneak in early. Join us TODAY for Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA of the Northwoods for exciting family-friendly activities, games, swimming, and fun for all ages.
While you're here, be sure to register for the FREE kids Chase the Hodag Race at 11 am! Every child who registers will receive a FREE race t-shirt while supplies last.

🚨Healthy Kid' Day 9 am to 2pm Free to the Public🚨
It appears 🐾 the Hodag has discovered that tomorrow is Healthy Kids Day… and word on the street is he heard the POOL SLIDE is OPEN! 🌊🛝
Staff arrived this evening to find the Hodag nesting at the base of the slide, refusing to leave until registration opens. Reports say he’s already packed snacks, swim goggles, and possibly three pool noodles. 🤣
He keeps reminding everyone that Healthy Kids Day is packed with: 🎉 Family fun
🏊 Pool fun & explore emergency vehicles
🎨 Bouncy house & obstacle course
💪 Free entry & t-shirt for Chase the Hodag Race
👨‍👩‍👧 Community connections
…and plenty of reasons to get kids moving and smiling!

To support upcoming Lifeguard Training, there will be temporary changes to pool availability:
🔴 Pool Closed:
• June 2–3 | 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• June 6 | All Day
🏊 Limited Pool Access:
• June 4–5 | 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
(Limited lap lanes + no water walking during this time)
