The CRC welcomed back some good friends from the Lodge at Truitt Homestead. We can't count how many times they have filled their bus with food for our neighbors in need. These hard working folks do amazing things for the CRC and, as you can see, they do it with a smile!

Thank you to the Cape Henlopen Elks lodge 2540! Shown here is Trustee Martin Schreck, CRC Director Nancy Alexander, and CRC board member Jackie Ferris all smiles after the Elks donated many pounds of food, more than 1,000 diapers, a new desk and a printer - all to help feed the hungry and keep our operations going strong. It's loyal support from folks like these that help our neighbors in need from going hungry, help young families make ends meet, and help us pay for rent and utilities for struggling households. Many, many thanks!

The CRC has some of the best volunteers and community partners! RB Farmers Market founder Pat Coluzzi and volunteers Sherrie Wright and Dick Byrne partner to help the CRC's Food Rescue feed the hungry in our community through donations from patrons of the market. How lucky are we?

This Mother's Day we honor the folks in our community who make the lives of moms in need better by donating to the CRC Baby Pantry. What a lovely way to combine self-care with caring for others. We are so grateful for a supportive community!

We’re proud to support the Community Resource Center (CRC) here in Sussex County with a Donation Drive at both Vogue Salon & Med Spa locations 💜

The CRC provides essential support to un-housed individuals, low-income seniors, and families facing hardship—and right now they are in urgent need of toiletries ahead of their large May food drive. They also help support the seasonal tent city in Lewes each summer.

We kindly ask that all donations follow the items listed on the flyer so we can best meet their current needs.

If you’d prefer to give monetarily, donations can also be made directly through the CRC website.
