Looking for a fantastic day of autumn family fun this weekend? Head out to the annual Blackbird Creek Fall Festival hosted by the Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve (DNERR)

🗓️Saturday, October 17, 2026
⏰10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
📍Blackbird Creek Reserve in Townsend

Enjoy tractor-pulled hayrides, live music in the pavilion, local artisan and educational vendors, kids' autumn crafts, face painting, and delicious food.
While you're there enjoying the festival, you can also pick up free native trees as part of the TEDI tree distribution.
