✨ Confidence Under Construction: An Evening of Confidence, Connection & Visibility ✨

Set against the backdrop of a charming outdoor Knightdale barn, we're bringing together women from across our roofing community for an evening focused on showing up with confidence, strengthening our connections, and investing in ourselves professionally.

We're excited to welcome Mikki Paradis for her keynote "Confidence Under Construction," exploring what it means to build confidence, own your presence, and step more boldly into the spaces you've earned. Mikki is a construction industry leader, entrepreneur, and host of the Chicks in Construction Podcast, with her work featured in Forbes, Triangle Business Journal, and The News & Observer.

And because visibility is part of the equation, we'll also have professional headshots available for attendees throughout the evening!

📅 Thursday, October 22
⏰ 5:30pm – 7:30pm
📍 Ubuntu Farms, 1129 Keiths Road, Knightdale, NC 27545

Member rate: $25 | Non-member rate: $50, this covers food, drinks, and your headshot!

A huge thank you to Continental Materials for covering the cost of headshots for our members.

🧠 Leading Smarter: Building Your Next Leadership Advantage with AI

AI can feel overwhelming, but what if someone could break it down into practical, useful techniques anyone could put to use right away? That's exactly what Kellie Bradley will do in this interactive session, designed to meet you wherever you are with AI, whether you're just getting started or already experimenting.

Kellie will cover how to:

View AI as a leadership advantage, not just another piece of technology
Build a strong foundation for more accurate, useful AI interactions
Customize AI to reflect your business, customers, and leadership style
Perform competitive analysis in a fraction of the time
Apply AI to everyday responsibilities like communication, organization, and planning
Know where AI adds value, and where leadership and judgment still matter most

We'll also explore practical ways AI can support your daily workload, from email management and calendar prep to meeting follow up, prioritization, and even balancing work and personal life.
