Operation Resolute

Operation Resolute We are a 501(c)3 organization serving active military personnel and family members in NC.

Operation Resolute® is dedicated to sustaining and strengthening families within the US Armed Forces by serving with and working through military chaplains. By partnering with chaplains, Operation Resolute® works within the parameters of the US military while adorning the Gospel by being salt and light.

1. Strengthening Warriors

Operation Resolute® provides opportunities for servicemen and their

chaplains to come together in safe outdoor environments to help them decompress from the stresses of military life. These events also allow dads the chance to bond with their children as they spend time in the woods or on the water enjoying the peace and beauty of creation together.

2. Sustaining Military Families

Operation Resolute® partners with chaplains to host one day marriage enrichment events that are designed to address the unique needs of military husbands and wives so that marriages are solid, parent/child relationships are positive and the overall family dynamic is healthy.

3. Serving Chaplains

Operation Resolute® provides care to the “care givers” who are on call 24/7. Operation Resolute® offers outdoor activities and marriage retreats that enable chaplains to spend time with their children and wives in environments that foster deeper relationships.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Memorial Day is more than the start of summer — it is a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We remember the heroes who never made it home, the families who continue to carry their legacy, and the service members who honor their memory through continued sacrifice and service. Their bravery, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to something greater than themselves will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and honor those who gave their lives in defense of our nation.

The 9th Annual Offshore Trip was one to remember! 🎣🇺🇸

Thanks to the incredible generosity of 17 donated tournament-quality fishing boats, 102 active duty troops were able to spend an unforgettable day fishing in the Gulf Stream. From the water to the shore, this event was made possible by an amazing community coming together to support those who serve.

A special thank you to Spectrum Rental Properties and their clients for providing condos and homes throughout the Morehead City and Atlantic Beach area for our soldiers to enjoy during their stay. We’re also incredibly grateful to One Harbor Church for hosting the pre-fish supper at their Morehead City campus, and to Jeremy and the team at Fat Fellas BBQ for serving a fantastic meal to our troops.

This trip is more than fishing — it’s about fellowship, appreciation, and giving back to the men and women who sacrifice so much for our country. 🇺🇸
