Meet Toto, a 4-year-old, 12.4-pound Shih Tzu who may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him some time and he’ll start following you down the yellow brick road. 💛

Toto does okay with other dogs once he’s had a chance to warm up and get comfortable. He’s looking for a patient family who will let him settle in at his own pace and show him just how wonderful having a home of his own can be.

He may not be in Kansas anymore, but Toto knows exactly what he’s looking for…

We know it’s a little late, but we are looking for fosters for this weekend! Swipe to see all of our rescues available for adoption and fostering!

This sweet boy is Max. He is 12 weeks old and 10 pounds. He is super friendly and cuddly!

This is Miss Ruby! She’s 12 weeks old, 9 pounds, super friendly, and great with other dogs!

This is Miss Bella! She would do best in a single dog home, but is very sweet to humans and loves to lay down and be near people.

This is Miss Cobbler and she may be the smartest dog here! She sits, lays down, and shakes! She is super dog friendly, calm, and always down for a walk.

Miss Banana is our second smartest resident, does great in the car, knows sit, and is also dog friendly! She is very cuddly and loves to be near you!

Miss Angel is looking for a single dog home with a big yard and some patience. She is very shy but once she opens up, loves her people!

This is Toto, he came with Dorothy and Glinda, we just don’t have pictures for them yet! They are available for both adoption and fostering! They are all very sweet, just a little shy!

Finally, this is Butterfingers! He is a yellow lab mix, we will be getting a better picture tomorrow, and is 8 months old! He is dog friendly and loves people!

Well, bless her heart… meet Miss Belle!

This sweet Southern lady is around 6 years old and has a heart sweeter than a glass of tea on a summer afternoon. Belle can be a little shy when first making your acquaintance—after all, a lady doesn’t give her heart away to just anybody—but give her a little patience and her gentle, loving personality starts to shine.

She’s wonderful with kids and would be perfectly content with a cozy place to lay her head, a family to love, and maybe a little porch sittin’ every now and then.

Miss Belle is soft, sweet, and full of Southern charm. Now all she needs is a family to treat her like the belle of the ball. Miss Belle’s adoption fee is $300. Like all of our dogs she’s spayed, up to date on vaccines, and on heartworm prevention.

“Max! Max! Max!” 🐰❤️

Ruby may have a plan, but Max usually has a different idea.

Meet Max & Ruby our 12-week-old puppy duo who are ready for their next big adventure. Max is the little yellow pup, and Ruby is his brown-and-black partner in crime. Between puppy zoomies, curious noses, and the occasional case of “Max, don’t do that!”, these two are basically living their own episode already.

They’re both 12 weeks old, up to date on vaccines, and not yet spayed/neutered.

Ruby would probably tell you she has everything under control.

Max would probably just say:

“Again!”

And honestly, we’re hoping their next episode is called “Max & Ruby Find a Family.” ❤️🐾

Their adoption fee is $300 each and a $50 spay/neuter deposit.

Somebunny forgot to tell Elsa she’s 8. 🐰⚡️
Meet Elsa, a 21 pound terrier mix who seems to have taken the whole Energizer Bunny thing a little too seriously-because this girl just keeps going and going and going.
At 8 years old, Elsa may technically be considered a mature lady, but you certainly wouldn’t know it from meeting her. She’s happy, spunky, playful, and has plenty of pep left in those little legs. Add in that giant smile and her compact 21 pound size, and you’ve got one seriously adorable little battery-operated best friend.
She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and on heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $300.

She’s got the ears, she’s got the energy… now all she needs is her forever home!

UPDATE: Both Gustavo and his sister have been adopted! We love the interest we got from these guys, and even though they are gone, we still have some AMAZING dogs looking for forever homes.

🇫🇷 Bonjour, meet Gustavo! 🐾

(We are accepting applications, he will be available to meet tomorrow, Wednesday September 2.)

Gustavo is a 1-year-old 29-pound AKC-registered Pug with plenty of charm and just the right amount of je ne sais quoi (“I don’t know what”). This walking croissant is sweet, warm, and feels like home. And as if he needed anymore charm, he’s dog and people friendly! He’s neutered, adorable, and ready to say oui oui to his future family. 🥐💙

If your life needs a little more Pug and a little more Paris, Monsieur Gustavo may be your guy. His adoption fee is $300.

And when we say they did AMAZING… we mean it.

These two didn’t bark at anyone, were incredibly friendly with everyone they met, rode fantastically in the car, and had the absolute best manners all morning. They handled every new stop like little pros and made friends everywhere they went. 🤎

Banana Pudding and Cobbler checked almost everything off their bucket list today… now they just need someone to help them with that last box.
