October is Head Start Awareness Month! 🍎

Every year, our Head Start centers welcome approximately 3,000 children and families looking for a safe, joyful place to learn and grow. That welcome starts before anyone walks inside. It starts with the sign out front.

This month, we're celebrating Head Start by raising funds to replace outdated signs at our centers in Georgia, Indiana, and North Carolina, so every family knows from the very first glance that they belong here.

If we're 94% grant funded, why do we need donations? It's a valid question and one we get often. Grants are the backbone of our programs but they come with many restrictions, and federal funding (a majority of our grant funding) can shift with little warning, with your support we can also provide more comprehensive integrated services.
