The National Council for Mental Wellbeing recently announced that more than 5 million people have now been trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) - and you can be next.

The Governor's Institute offers MHFA training across North Carolina, giving you the skills and confidence to recognize when someone may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge, respond with compassion, and connect them to appropriate support.
