BREAKING NEWS 🗞️

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Fight 4 Cure Inc. After nearly 8 years of dedicated service to the adult cancer patient community, we have made the decision to dissolve Fight 4 Cure Inc. We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our volunteers, donors, and the community who have made our mission possible. Thank you for believing in us and for being a part of this journey.

Our last day of operations will be 4/15/2026. We will ensure the remaining assets are used to further the mission served through Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). We will also be archiving our records and material.

We are incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made together. While we are saddened by the closure, we are also filled with gratitude for the wonderful people and experiences we’ve shared along the way. We will continue to post on our social media pages with information pertaining to our transition plans.

We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for your support. We are eternally grateful for your time and commitment.

With heartfelt appreciation!

!!IMPORTANT UPDATE!!

CHANGES TO OUR PATIENT AID PROGRAM AND CARE BOX INITIATIVE

After careful consideration and evaluation, the difficult decision to discontinue the Patient Aid Program and Care Box Initiative has been made, effective August 1, 2025. The decision was not made lightly. The Patient Aid Program and Care Box Initiative helped to foster HOPE and promote the well-being of adult cancer patients; both programs positively impacted 554 adult cancer patients since 2021. This change is necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of the mission at Fight 4 Cure Inc. The primary reasons for this change is due to current economic conditions (e.g., inflation, supply costs/higher costs, fewer financial resources/decline in charitable giving, etc).

It is understood that this news may be disappointing. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause to the community served. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible through the implementation of another impactful program such as the Fostering Hope: Operation Holiday Spirit which will continue to address similar needs within NC local communities: Harnett, Cumberland, Lee and Wake Counties. More information about this program can be found on the website: www.fight4cure.org/operation-holiday-spirit

Past support of the Patient Aid Program and Care Box Initiative has been greatly appreciated. By restructuring strategically, an even greater impact can be achieved in the future.

For any questions or concerns, contact Dr. Lisa Wright at [email protected] or (919) 424-1497. Thank you for understanding and your continued support of Fight 4 Cure Inc.

Fight 4 Cure Inc

Fight 4 Cure Inc was founded in 2018 by Dr. Lisa Wright, a retired Army Veteran. Our mission is to help one individual at a time....foster hope for individuals affected by cancer by providing funding for cancer research and awareness programs, provide financial assistance to other nonprofits who also help individuals affected by cancer. Fight 4 Cure Inc believes that individuals affected by cancer is entitled to the assistance needed to live a quality life, which extends well beyond the expenses associated with medical treatment.

What began with assistance for her mother, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer at 67 years old, a sister diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer at 42, and a host of family members and friends who are fighters, survivors, or have been taken has now evolved into the commitment to help women and men who have been affected by cancer. Fight 4 Cure Inc is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) and funding raised come from third party events, family and friends donations.
