🎶🎉 Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in Dundee! 🎉🎶

Our Dundee Grow Early Learning Center recently brought together children, families, and staff for a wonderful Hispanic Heritage Month celebration! ❤️

The day was filled with traditional music, meaningful stories, and opportunities to learn about the rich histories, cultures, and traditions that make Hispanic communities so vibrant. Through shared experiences and joyful activities, our children gained a deeper appreciation for the diversity that strengthens our learning community.

Thank you to our families and staff who helped make this celebration so special. Together, we are creating meaningful opportunities for children to learn, connect, and celebrate the world around them.

🌟🎉 Welcome Back, Wauchula! 🎉🌟

Today was an exciting day at our Wauchula Grow Early Learning Center as we officially opened our doors for the 2026-2027 program year!

The center was filled with happy faces, eager learners, and the energy that comes with the start of a new school year. We are proud to share that 48 children attended on opening day, a wonderful reflection of the strong partnership between our dedicated staff, supportive families, and the community we proudly serve.

Every new school year brings opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are grateful to our teachers, staff, and families for helping create a warm and welcoming environment where children can begin building the foundation for lifelong success.

October 5 marked an exciting first day at our Indiantown Grow Early Learning Center, and the smiles said it all! From joyful reunions and new friendships to eager little learners ready to explore, the center was filled with energy, laughter, and excitement for the year ahead.

Our dedicated teachers and staff were thrilled to welcome children and families back for another season of learning, growth, and discovery. Every new school year brings endless possibilities, and we cannot wait to see all the wonderful milestones our children will achieve in the months ahead.

Happy World Teachers' Day! Today, we are proud to celebrate Sandra Dickey! 🍎✨

Sandra is in her third season with Grow Early Learning (formerly East Coast Migrant Head Start Project), serving as a Preschool Teacher at our Manning Center. With over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Sandra brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and passion to her classroom.

What makes Sandra truly exceptional is her dedication to creating an environment of inclusivity where every child feels valued, motivated, and excited to succeed. She is a wonderful communicator, a collaborative team player, and someone who constantly seeks personal and professional growth.

Happy National Custodian Day! Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate Michael McCutchen at our Whiteville Center! 🧹✨
Back in January 2019, Michael was the very first person our Center Director hired after transferring to Whiteville. The center had never had a custodian before, and boy, did it show! Since then, Michael has kept our center clean, healthy, and absolutely "spit spot."
But he does so much more than that. The children absolutely LOVE him! "Michael" is often one of the first staff names our babies and toddlers learn—it is so sweet to hear their timid young voices yelling "Miiiichael!" (He has even been called "papa" by more than one child!).
Michael always keeps a watchful eye out to ensure our center is safe. He steps up to read during Fatherhood Initiative Activities for children who don't have a father present. Plus, he added a beautiful garden to the playground this year, growing strawberries, watermelons, cucumbers, and peppers! 🥒🫑
Michael has been out sick this week, and we have really missed him. Get well soon, Michael—you are truly the best! Drop some well-wishes for him in the comments below! 👇

En enero de 2019, Michael fue la primera persona que contrató nuestra Directora del Centro tras trasladarse a Whiteville. El centro nunca había tenido un conserje, ¡y vaya que se notaba! Desde entonces, Michael mantiene nuestro centro impecable, limpio y saludable.

🌟 Special Visit to Our Myakka Grow Early Learning Center! 🌟

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of welcoming CEO Dr. Javier Gonzalez, CPO Chris Davis, and CTO Andy Pederson to our center. During their visit, they spent quality time with our staff and children, showing their support and commitment to our program.

Their presence provided a wonderful opportunity to connect, share experiences, and celebrate the important work being done every day at our center. As an added treat, they graciously provided a lunch for our team, making the visit even more special and appreciated by all.

We express our sincere appreciation for getting to participate in the recent ¿Qué Pasa? and Sak Pase St. Lucie television programs with St. Lucie Public Schools. 📺✨

It was wonderful to share valuable information and resources that benefit farmworker families in our community. It was so meaningful to highlight important educational opportunities, family support services, and resources available to children from birth through graduation. 🎓🌾

The program featured a discussion about services and support available to migrant and seasonal farmworker families, including program eligibility requirements, educational opportunities, family resources, and ways parents can become actively involved in their children's education. The conversation emphasized how collaboration and community resources help students achieve academic success and prepare for a bright future.

🌱 Little hands, big growth at Bailey Grow Early Learning Center! 🌱

We just wanted to share a few photos of our preschool children hard at work starting their Fall gardens. Our little gardeners did an amazing job preparing the soil and planting kale, onions, and cilantro! 🧑‍🌾👩‍🌾

Hands-on activities like gardening teach our children about nature, patience, and where our food comes from. We can't wait to watch these crops—and our students—grow this season! 🌿✨
