Today, on World Poetry Day, we celebrate how dance, like poetry, is the language of the soul. 🩰✨
Dancing is not only an art—it strengthens memory and helps prevent cognitive decline. Every step is a verse, every turn a memory that stays.

💃🕺 Let’s keep dancing to remember!

We continue to receive videos for our 🧠 campaign. We invite you to meet Anna Mazur, Researcher and yoga instructor. Anna Muzur

My name is Ania. I am a yoga instructor and researcher. I dance because after some time, it allows you to no longer feel your body, as if you are beyond the boundaries of your body. Very relaxing.

Give a gift of dance this season.

Dance is a lifeline for many of our participants.

As one participant living with dementia shared: “I can let go of my anxiety, my fear for that hour a week. And that felt really good.”

Your gift of dance is also a gift of connection, self-expression, meaning-making and wellbeing for a person living with dementia or older adult in your community.

This , join us on our mission to ensure every individual living with dementia, their care partners and friends have access to the healing power of dance.
