💙 The importance of building healthy habits starts in childhood.

The habits we develop early in life play an important role in our long-term health and well-being. Encouraging physical activity from a young age helps children grow stronger, more active, and healthier.

🌱 Small habits today, big changes tomorrow.

APOYO Y COMUNIDAD 🤍

SUPPORT & COMMUNITY 🤍

During this gathering, families discussed the importance of seeking resources, asking questions, advocating for their children, and recognizing that every child is unique.

Thank you to all the families who participated and continue helping build a more inclusive, informed, and supportive community.

DOS EVENTOS. UNA MISMA MISIÓN.

We participated in two recent community events where we shared information about Step Out, a program inviting pregnant Latinas in New York to be part of a research study focused on preventing childhood obesity starting from pregnancy.

Participation is completely voluntary. Our role is to provide information and support through educational spaces and monthly gatherings for the community.

This research has been ongoing for over 4 years, and we continue connecting with families to make sure they have access to resources and can make informed decisions.
