I asked Lindsey Marie COMMUNITY | PODCAST | EVENTS if she would speak to our online members and she said YES! This ask was something I never saw myself doing years ago.

What changed?
I did.

Realizing that we miss 100% of the shots we don’t take changed it for me. I had to really lean into courage, letting the fear stay in the background because truly it never goes away.

I used to think that everything had to be figured out on my own to make a move.

That you have to strong arm everything, try to control every piece of the puzzle, the plan had to be just right, there was no other way…

Then, I got married. I wasn’t alone and we both had ideas of what it should/could look like to be right. We became parents together, now homeschool parents, building 3 houses together partners, and I’m sure there will be more.

This room you see here is an example of possibilities because we are building something together. that was never on my list of things to do. Yet this will give us the opportunity to bring people to a place of refuge and relaxation.

If you would’ve asked me a few years ago, are you where you want to be?

I would have said yes maybe but I probably could do more.

Now, if you ask me, are you where you want to be? My answer is completely different.

Probably, maybe, and but… aren’t in my vocabulary anymore.

What I now know after many masterminds, coaches, friends, conversations, and connections later is that it takes courage to be where you want to be AND lean in even more knowing you can keep expanding.

This is not an if/then or but, it’s a process of knowing yourself. Understanding your personality and the strengths that are deep inside of you support the growth that you want. I’ve learned that the more I heal, understand, and dive deep into where I’m headed, the more I can help others find that inside of them as well.

Wow, I actually am doing what I said I was going to do AND THEN SOME. I’m not done yet, neither are you.

Take what you need.

Why do the women who cheer the loudest seem to grow the fastest? Because cheering loud is a leadership skill. It takes confidence to be happy for her while you’re still working toward your own thing, and that confidence is the exact thing your business needs most.

Send this to the woman you’re cheering for today. Then tell her out loud.

When is the last time someone asked how you were doing?

If you’re an established woman founder reading this, I want you to know I see you. I know what it feels like to carry a business and a team and a family and still feel alone at the top.

Here’s what I believe about leadership, it isn’t having it all figured out. It’s going first. Taking responsibility, moving forward anyway, choosing courage even on the days your voice shakes.

And here’s how I coach women leaders: I ask more than I tell. You already carry so much wisdom. My job is to bring the questions that help you find your own answers. One I ask often: what feels heaviest right now?

I don’t only coach the founder. I sit with her team too. Because people who feel seen, heard, and loved by their leader pass that care on to every client who walks through the door. Hard conversations still happen, with love and with heart.
