Two days a week our boys cook out at campsite in cast-iron skillets and Dutch ovens on an open fire. They are responsible for creating the menus and then cooking the meals. Each group is given $90 a day for all three meals. They then have to calculate it out cost per meal and cost per boy staying within their budget . Each week last session, the supervisors picked a menu of the week and here are the winning menus.
