Scouting builds character, resilience, and practical knowledge that benefit children regardless of their future paths. There are no “bench warmers” in Scouting. Scouting gives every kid an opportunity to participate and learn. Every Scout learns to help others, be dependable, lead others, and do things on their own. Scouting prepares youth for life.

The world doesn’t need all-stars. It needs people we can depend on. People we can trust, help out, and lead.
