🏠🔑 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!

Today we celebrated a very special milestone as Emily received the keys to her new Habitat house.

Surrounded by family, friends, community partners, and Habitat staff and board members, Emily marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter; one filled with stability, security, and the opportunity to create lasting memories with her kids.

The home dedication was made even more meaningful as Emily's father and brother each offered a heartfelt prayer, sharing words of gratitude, hope, and blessing for the family.

This home was made possible through the generous support of The Gasparilla Inn, whose commitment to strengthening our community helped turn Emily's dream of homeownership into a reality. We were honored to have members of their executive leadership team join us for the celebration and witness the impact of their partnership firsthand.

A home dedication is more than the presentation of keys. It's a celebration of perseverance, partnership, and the many people who come together to help build brighter futures.

🏠🔑 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!

This morning marked more than a milestone for Megan and her two children; it marked a new beginning. After months of hard work, determination, and preparation, Megan officially closed on her Habitat home and received the keys to a place her family can truly call their own.

Homeownership represents so much more than four walls and a roof. It provids a foundation for stability and a place where memories will be made for years to come. For Megan's children, it means growing up in a home that offers consistency, security, and a space to dream about the future.

Today's home dedication showed what happens when a community comes together. Family, friends, donors, volunteers, supporters, and Habitat staff gathered to celebrate this exciting chapter for Megan and her family.

Today we celebrated Nikki and Nathan as they receive the keys to their new Habitat home!

With many family, friends, Habitat staff, and new neighbors gathered, Nikki and Nathan were welcomed into their new community and this new chapter in a special way. The afternoon was filled with meaningful moments as they officially became homeowners.

We are also incredibly grateful to Publix Super Markets Charites for sponsoring this home. This was the second Habitat home they have sponsored this fiscal year. Their partnership continues to help hardworking families like Nikki and Nathan build brighter, more stable futures.

A big thank you to the students from Texas A&M University for spending their week with us and making such an incredible impact!

During their time here, the group helped out in our ReSale stores by organizing and sorting donations, keeping our stores running smoothly for shoppers and donors. On the jobsite, they worked on interior framing, helping move another family one step closer to homeownership.

To wrap up their week, the students had the opportunity to attend the home dedication for our 2026 Apostles Build. We are grateful for their dedication and hard work during their time with us!

🏠🙏 15th ANNUAL APOSTLES BUILD HOME DEDICATION

This morning's dedication was a special one as we celebrated the closing and completion of our 2026 Apostles Build house and Carlie and Rahni's new home. This home was made possible through the incredible support of 9 local churches who came together to raise walls, funds, and prayers. A powerful example of faith and community in action.

Carlie and her daughter made many meaningful connections with each of the churches throughout their homebuilding journey. They attended Sunday services and worked side by side with volunteers on the job site each Saturday as her home took shape. Those relationships were on full display today, as more than 40 people gathered to celebrate and surround Carlie and Rahni with love, encouragement, and support.

"Becoming a single mother wasn't what I planned. I was young, scared, and already doing all I could to keep my head above water. We didn't move from place to place, but the environment we lived in was never healthy. It was filled with tension, instability, and fear. But, somehow, Rahni never lost her sparkle. Rahni is everything bright in my life, and that's why partnering with Habitat means the world to me. I'm not just receiving help, I'm becoming part of something bigger. Something built on love, community, and resilience. I get to help build the very walls that will one day echo with Rahni's laughter. Habitat is helping me give her what I couldn't give her alone. A foundation, a future, a home that we built together with our own hands and with all our hearts." - Carlie

This afternoon, we had the joy of celebrating Jason and his daughters as they received the keys to their new Habitat home. Surrounded by family, friends, volunteers, Habitat staff, and board members, it was a morning filled with happy tears, smiles, and excitement for the future ahead.

This home is especially meaningful as it is one of two homes sponsored by Publix Super Markets Charities this fiscal year. Their continued generosity and commitment to strengthening communities help make dreams like homeownership possible for families like Jason's. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and the lasting impact they are making for local families and individuals.

It will give my daughters their own rooms to focus on schoolwork and creative projects. For me, it will be the peace of mind that comes from knowing my girls have a home for life.
