Today, Marybeth Hill had the honor of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for Carter’s Crew Youth Success Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Moments like this remind us why community partnerships matter so much. Real change does not happen alone. It happens when organizations, leaders, advocates, and community members come together with one shared vision… creating hope, opportunity, healing, and support for the next generation.

At The ARCHway Institute, we know that collaboration is the foundation of strong recovery ecosystems and healthy communities. Seeing organizations invest in youth, families, and futures is inspiring and necessary.

This groundbreaking is more than just the start of a building. It is the start of new opportunities, safe spaces, mentorship, connection, and brighter futures for young people in Arkansas.

We are grateful for community partners like Carter’s Crew who are committed to making a lasting impact and building tomorrow’s leaders today. Together, we can create communities where people feel supported, empowered, and seen.

“Recovery means getting your life back and finding purpose, connection, and peace without being controlled by substances or chaos. Recovering out loud breaks stigma and brings people hope. Being able to meet someone on their worst day and make them feel seen. To let them know that darkness does fade. Things do get better, this is what drives me.”

— John Singer, Missouri Affiliate Director, NPRA

This is the heart of the Igniting HOPE campaign. Real voices. Real experience. Real change.

When recovery is spoken out loud, stigma loses its power and hope becomes something people can hold onto.

At ARCHway Institute, we believe every person deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and the reminder that their story is not over.

Hope is real. Hope is shared. Hope is possible. 💙

Hope is more than a feeling. It is action. It is connection. It is people showing up for one another when life feels impossible.

Through our Inspiring HOPE campaign, we are shining a light on recovery, resilience, healing, and the power of community. Every story shared, every hand extended, and every life reclaimed reminds us that no one is beyond hope.

Too many individuals and families are suffering in silence from substance use, mental health struggles, incarceration, trauma, and loss. We want people to know there is another side to the pain and that recovery is possible.

This campaign is about real people, real stories, and real change.

We believe hope can break cycles.
Hope can rebuild families.
Hope can save lives.

Join us as we continue creating communities where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice secured freedoms many of us often take for granted, and today we reflect with gratitude and respect.

At The ARCHway Institute, we also recognize the invisible battles many veterans and military families continue to face after service, including mental health challenges, trauma, substance use, and reintegration into civilian life. Recovery, healing, and connection matter.

As we gather with family and friends today, may we never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice and may we continue building communities where hope, support, and healing are available to all.

We remember.
We honor.
We thank you.

Recovery leadership, advocacy, and lived experience all in one room.

Today, Mike Tyson with NPRA, Gerald Lott NPRA Illinois, and Marybeth Hill with The ARCHway Institute had the honor of attending the Southern Illinois Recovery Network (SIRN) Conference, connecting with passionate recovery advocates, peer professionals, and organizations committed to changing lives.

Conversations centered around hope, recovery support, justice impact, mental health, and the power of community collaboration. Events like SIRN remind us that recovery is happening everywhere when people come together with purpose and passion.

Thank you to everyone who made the conference such a meaningful experience. The work continues, and so does the mission to ignite hope across our communities.

In this powerful clip, we hear from Sue Drath, a valued board member of The ARCHway Institute, sharing insight and lived perspective that reflects the heart of our mission.

Her voice is a reminder that recovery is built on connection, lived experience, and the belief that people can heal when they are met with support instead of stigma. Stories like hers help bring awareness to what recovery truly looks like in real life and why community-based support systems matter so deeply.

At The ARCHway Institute, we are committed to building recovery ecosystems where individuals and families are seen, supported, and given real pathways forward.

Watch and listen as Sue helps shine a light on what recovery, hope, and advocacy look like in action.

Mental health and incarceration are more connected than many people realize. Across the United States, nearly 2 in 5 people in state and federal prisons have a diagnosed mental health condition, and an estimated 70% of individuals in the justice system struggle with substance use disorders. Behind those numbers are real people, real families, and real stories of trauma, pain, and untreated mental health challenges.

Too often, individuals enter the justice system carrying unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and hopelessness without ever having access to proper support or treatment. In many cases, incarceration becomes the response to untreated behavioral health issues instead of healing and recovery.

At The ARCHway Institute, we believe recovery support, peer connection, mental health services, and community-based care can change lives. When communities invest in people instead of stigma, outcomes improve. Families heal. Recidivism decreases. Hope grows.

Mental health awareness is not just about starting conversations. It is about creating action, access, and opportunity for people who deserve a second chance and the support needed to sustain recovery.

People are more than their worst mistake. Healing is possible. Recovery is real. And every person deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity, support, and hope.
