Thank you Jace's Place LLC for recently hosting our Driving With Neurodivergence Workshop in Pueblo, Colorado!
We loved meeting so many engaged students, parents, and grandparents—including two repeat students who returned to continue developing their driving skills. Even more inspiring, some families traveled up to two hours in the Rocky Mountain snow storm to attend, highlighting just how meaningful and needed these opportunities are.
As part of our ongoing commitment to building the next generation Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialists, we were thrilled to welcome OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant) students from Pueblo Community College. It was great having their valuable help conducting the program while they gained hands-on experience in community-based driver education. Check out their academic program at https://pueblocc.edu/programs/ota .
To our friends at Jace's Place, thanks again for bringing together students, families, and community partners for a morning focused on confidence, safety, and skill-building behind the wheel.
