Hope4Utah is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing su***de in Utah.

HOPE4UTAH Mission: To reduce the number of youth su***des in the state of Utah by providing education, training, and expertise in su***de prevention, intervention, and postvention. The Circles4HOPE Su***de Prevention Model:

School Programs
The school-based, peer-to-peer training and support provided through the HOPE Squad program is an important element in preventing youth su***de. School staff a

nd administration also contribute greatly to prevention efforts when well-trained in prevention and intervention procedures. Mental Health Partnerships
Youth su***de prevention is most effective when partnerships with local mental health professionals are in place. This professional support is essential in equipping young people with the tools needed to overcome their mental and emotional difficulties. Community Connections
Members of the community--including parents and families, church and government leaders, local law enforcement, community volunteers and others--play an important role in su***de prevention when they know the warning signs and understand how to effectively intervene.
