We are beyond thankful for our amazing community and everything we’ve accomplished together these past couple of weeks. 🫶 But let’s not forget about the last few pups still here, they deserve their happy endings just as much as the rest.

If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry companion to your life, we’d love for you to stop by, take a stroll through the kennels, and spend some time getting to know our wonderful pups. Each one is patiently waiting for a loving home.

Meet Juno.

Juno is only 1 year old, a sweet pit mix with the gentlest soul you could ever imagine. Back in January, he and his sister were found alone in the woods… surviving for months with no one, nothing, and no love. A kind stranger finally gained their trust and brought them to safety.

His sister found her forever home…

But Juno is still here.

And the hardest part? He doesn’t understand why.

Every single day, people walk past his kennel. And every single time, instead of running up for attention like the others, Juno quietly backs into the corner… scared, unsure, hoping someone will still choose him anyway.

But they don’t.

They see fear… instead of the love he’s holding in.

They see a dog hiding… instead of a heart that just needs a little patience.

Juno doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He loves everyone—humans, dogs, anyone willing to give him a chance. He just needs someone to see past the fear and show him what it truly means to be safe… to be wanted… to be loved.

Imagine how confusing it must be for him—watching other dogs leave, hearing the excitement, seeing the happiness… and wondering why no one ever picks him.

It’s heartbreaking.

Juno isn’t asking for much. Just a little time. A little kindness. A chance.

Because I promise you… the dog hiding in the back of that kennel?
That’s the one who will love you the most.

Hello my 2 legged friends, I’m O’Malley and this is my friend Huck we just wanted to say we are the last 2 that has been here the longest, we was here before our new director came. You all know how it works when the new guy comes in, we barked a lot we may have even ignored his treats at times and you know that’s hard for us to ignore, but this guy wasn’t bothered he kept on and on. He promised to find us a loving home and we can’t wait.
He along with Miranda and Alexis have tried very hard and we don’t understand what we are doing wrong on our end.

I mean look at me I have those to die for eyes and my friend Huck well he is Huck with the loving personality and a killer smile. Myself may look unapproachable because of my size or maybe because I’m a pit bit looks are deceiving, I have a loving heart and a lot of love to give.

Help the new guy keep his promise to us and let’s not let these ladies down on all their hard work on trying to get us the love we deserve. Like all the others that has came and gone we didn’t do anything to deserve to be here.

Hey… my name is Huck 🐾

I’m a 2-year-old lab mix, and if I’m being honest… I’ve started to feel a little forgotten.

Every day, I watch people walk by my kennel. I wag my tail, I sit nicely, I hope maybe this will be the moment someone stops for me… but they keep walking. And I don’t understand why.

I love kids — they make my whole world light up. I just want to be someone’s best friend, their shadow, their safe place. For a while, people thought I didn’t like other dogs… but guess what? That’s not true. I got to play with my friend Molly, and we ran and played for hours. She got adopted today… and I’m so happy for her… but I miss her already.

Now it’s just me again… waiting.

Waiting for someone to see me.
Waiting for someone to choose me.
Waiting for my turn to finally come.

I promise I have so much love to give. I just need someone to give me a chance.
