🌽 A Taste of Wisconsin Summer.

Few things say summer in Wisconsin quite like fresh sweet corn.

Behind every ear is a growing season filled with preparation, changing weather, long days, and farmers working to bring a crop from the field to our tables. Propane helps support agricultural operations throughout that journey, providing dependable energy for irrigation, equipment, heating, and other needs on farms across the state.

It's another reminder that some of our favorite summer traditions begin with Wisconsin farmers.

💡 Did You Know?
Sweet corn is harvested while the kernels are still tender and naturally sweet—unlike field corn, which is allowed to fully mature and is commonly used for livestock feed, ethanol, and other products.

💬 What's your favorite way to enjoy Wisconsin sweet corn—grilled, boiled, or straight from a local farm stand?

🐝 Small Wings. Big Impact.

Some of Wisconsin's hardest workers are only about half an inch long.

Honeybees and other pollinators play a vital role in agriculture, helping pollinate many of the fruits, vegetables, and flowering crops that grow across our state. Their work supports healthy harvests, thriving farms, and the food that ends up on our tables.

Wisconsin agriculture depends on countless partnerships—between farmers, the land, and the natural world. Behind the scenes, reliable energy helps keep those farms operating efficiently through every season, supporting the people who care for our fields, orchards, and livestock.

💡 Did You Know?
One honeybee may visit up to 2,000 flowers in a single day, and pollinators contribute billions of dollars to U.S. agriculture each year by helping crops grow and produce fruit.

What's your favorite Wisconsin-grown fruit or vegetable that depends on pollinators?

🏭 This week, we're recognizing the bulk plant operators of Wisconsin's propane industry.

Long before propane reaches a home, farm, business, or school, it passes through the skilled hands of dedicated bulk plant operators.

Every day, they safely transfer product, inspect equipment, prepare deliveries, and help ensure propane is ready when customers need it most. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety keep the entire supply chain moving.

While most customers never see the work happening behind the gates of a bulk plant, their efforts make every safe delivery possible.

Thank you to the bulk plant operators who help keep Wisconsin fueled safely every day.

Safety Starts With Us.
