Below is. Screenshot of the newest youth protection now called Safegaurding youth training. All adults that are registered in comitee or leadership positions in both pack and troop must take this training even if you recently took the old version called YPT. Safe guarding youth has two versions Safeguarding Youth and Safeguarding Youth refresher. The refresher is not good until you have taken the longer "Safeguarding Youth" at least once and have not let it expire. Those with Expired training must start over with the longer one.

Our Scouts have officially arrived in Annapolis, MD ahead of tomorrow’s USNA NESA STEM Jamboree at the United States Naval Academy!

They made a brief stop at Arlington National Cemetery on their way in earlier today.

A small group of our Scouts are en route to Annapolis, MD where they are participating in the USNA NESA STEM Jamboree tomorrow! They will be doing STEM-focused merit badge work at the United States Naval Academy with classes taught by current Midshipmen (who were also Eagle Scouts).

Safe travels and we will update with more photos throughout the weekend!

Congratulations to Caleb H. who recently completed his Eagle Scout project at the Semper Fi Barn - A Veteran Retreat in Six Mile, SC. Thanks to all the scouts, adult leaders and parents who turned out to help create The Medal of Honor Trail just in time for the Vietnam Vets Memorial and also raised the Entryway at the Trailhead to finish the day!
