Carolina Elite 12U Platinum goes 4–0 at the DC Fastpitch Kickoff Classic, allowing ZERO runs all tournament!
Extremely proud of this group.
Dominant pitching. Lockdown defense. Hitting with stellar with these girls scoring 45 runs. They have been working hard multiple times a week at our facility hitting due to bad weather and practices getting rained out.
This team is just getting started.

I’m curious… what truly matters most to a softball athlete and her parents?
Is it finding a program with a proven history of developing athletes, earning college scholarships, and genuinely caring about each player as if she were their own?
Or is it joining a team that stacks rosters to win trophies, prioritizes appearances, and is unwilling to be inconvenienced—even when young athletes are counting on them to succeed?
I know my answer….
The first one reflects who I am, my coaching staff and I’m incredibly thankful to see my son following in those same footsteps—leading with integrity, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping young women achieve their collegiate dreams.
One week out of major surgery for me, and just four days out of surgery for my son, we still honored the commitment we made to several athletes and arrived today in Pennsylvania to evaluate them. Because when you truly care, you show up—no excuses.
We are currently looking for talented, driven, and highly dedicated athletes to complete our 16U and 18U National teams. We already have two outstanding teams in place and are excited to find the final pieces to something special.
If you have big dreams, strong work ethic, and the dedication to chase your goals, we would love to hear from you.
The right program isn’t just about winning games—it’s about changing lives. And that’s what we do.

I am SO excited to announce that not only Karlyn Pickens, but also Shelby Barbee, Lexie Hames, and Madden M. Waters are coming to Anderson, SC to give back to young athletes! 💙🥎

Being able to create opportunities like this for younger girls means everything. Moments like these can change a player’s confidence, passion, and future!
