Mark your calendars and join us throughout April as we celebrate Second Chance Month and raise awareness around the realities men and women face upon release from prison in addition to the opportunities that are available through community development.

Find out if your charges are eligible for expungement. For records that are eligible for expungement, Soteria will cover up to 50% of the fees. (On average, an expungement costs $310 per charge, and most individuals face several charges.)

Reentry Simulation & Panel Discussion | Thursday, April 23 | 6-8pm
Westminster Presbyterian Church , 2310 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC, 29605 - ROOM 211
Walk in the shoes of men and women just released from prison and experience the realities of reentry first hand.
The simulation will be followed by a panel discussion with Jerry Blassingame (Founder & CEO of Soteria CDC, Caroline Caldwell (Founder & Director of New Mind Health and Care, a nonprofit providing free mental health and behavioral modification services to those impacted by incarceration), Allison Elder (ED of Time Served, a nonprofit legal aid organization), and Jeremy Windle (Law Enforcement Manager at the SC Department of Probation, Pardon & Parole)
