Our neighbors in Westhaven need our help to get the city to end a new zoning change that is in effect citywide, allowing "skinny houses" to be built on tiny lots. The 142nd Annual Memorial Day Parade returns to Portsmouth tomorrow, May 25, at 10 AM. Line up along High Street as marching bands, veteran units and floats make their way from I.C. Norcom High School to Water Street.

It’s free, family-friendly, and a meaningful way to spend the holiday together. Arrive early, find your spot, and join the tribute.

Street sweeping is scheduled April 13 - April 17 in multiple Portsmouth neighborhoods.
For optimal cleaning, please remove vehicles from the street by 7 a.m. On-street parking may resume at 4 p.m. Streets will not be swept on normal trash collection days.
