Yesterday marked an extraordinary milestone for Scottish Rite Masonry in our state. Illustrious Brother Richard LaPointe was coroneted a Sovereign Grand Inspector General, 33°, joining the ranks of those whose dedication, character, and service have earned the highest honor our Rite can bestow.
Following a private coronation attended by 33° Masons, we traveled to the home of Brother Akridge, where Richard’s Lodge Brothers, Valley Brothers, and his family gathered to celebrate this remarkable achievement. The advancement of this coronation from its regular schedule was made possible through the thoughtful approval of our Sovereign Grand Commander, for which we extend our sincere gratitude.
Please join me in offering heartfelt congratulations to Illustrious Brother LaPointe, to the Valley of Portsmouth‑Dover, and to his loving family. This moment reflects not only Richard’s lifelong commitment to our Craft, but also the strength and unity of the brethren who have supported him along his journey.
Journey On.
Ill. Kenneth Clay 33°
