Our Clownfish Class has been busy little scientists this week learning all about the butterfly life cycle, from tiny eggs to caterpillars, chrysalises, and finally beautiful butterflies! 🐛🦋

After watching the transformation up close and caring for them each step of the way, the children got to experience one of the most exciting moments in nature learning… releasing the butterflies into the world!

It was such a special opportunity to watch curiosity, patience, and wonder come to life right in front of them. Moments like these turn science into something unforgettable.

Our Clownfish artists last week brought color, creativity, and teamwork outdoors as they worked together to create this beautiful SCS chalk design. Every color, shape, and section reflects the imagination and collaboration of our amazing learners.

🎒 Is Your Child Ready for Kindergarten?

Our Half Day Preschool Program is the perfect introduction to school routines, socialization, and early learning skills that help children feel confident and prepared for Kindergarten! 🍎✨

Research continues to show that early childhood education plays a huge role in school readiness, helping children build communication skills, independence, emotional regulation, and a love for learning before they enter elementary school.

We currently have MANY openings for Fall enrollment in our Half Day Program:

🗓 Program runs September–June and follows both the SCS & school calendars
⏰ 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📅 School starts August 31
✅ Children must be age 3+ and fully potty trained

“Once upon a time, there was a blank canvas…” 🎨✨

Then the Clownfish 🐠 and Sea Otters 🦦 got involved… and suddenly color theory turned into a full masterpiece mission. Today our little artists explored primary colors, mixed BIG ideas, and proved that creativity is always better when shared (and a little messy). ❤️💛💙
