Official page of the New Hampshire affiliate of the International OCD Foundation

Founded by a group of people with OCD in 1986, the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) is an international not-for-profit organization for people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders, as well as their families, friends, professionals and others. As the New Hampshire affiliate, we aim to carry out the mission of the IOCDF through programs at the local, community level.

Fall is in full effect🍁, the temperatures are dropping 🥶, and we’re almost through the year 2026 🤯!! However, we still have an events planned for November!!!

Here’s a list of meetings we have coming up this November:

* November 3 = Community Game Night | 8:00PM EST

* Every Thursday = Adult Support Group | 8:00PM EST

* November 10 = Parents of Anxious Kids Support Group I 8:00PM EST

* November 16 = Teen OCD Support Group | 7:00PM EST

Our annual One Million Steps for OCD Walk is an opportunity for our community together, reminding us that we are not alone. 🩵

This will be our 6th year, and our biggest one yet! Thank you to those who have come out, raised funds, donated their time and so much more. 🌳👟
