Founded by a group of people with OCD in 1986, the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) is an international not-for-profit organization for people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders, as well as their families, friends, professionals and others. As the New Hampshire affiliate, we aim to carry out the mission of the IOCDF through programs at the local, community level.

We can’t believe it’s been two weeks since International OCD Foundation’s ! 📚

Some of our board members - Matthew, David, Alyssa, Olivia, Nate and Phoebe - represented OCD NH! We learned valuable tools that will help our clients and support groups navigate their OCD, met SO many others with OCD and other mental health challenges and created heartfelt connections with incredible individuals during our time. 🫂🧠💡

Matthew and Alyssa also spoke on panels that touched on ERP, intrusive thoughts and anxiety around time!⌚️

Thank you IOCDF for putting this conference together; we left with hope, lasting memories and excitement to create a safe and educated space for people with OCD in NH and beyond. 🙏🏻
