✨Join us for this relaxing & nourishing sound & healing experience! This event will support you in gentle relaxation, nervous system soothing, and an energetic cleansing & reset.

We’ll open sacred space together, and then Kat will guide us in a brief Qigong-inspired self-massage practice, with the intention of beginning to open up your energy channels to receive the healing vibrations.

You’ll then be invited to get cozy, fully relax and receive. Sarah will lead a short guided visualization while she and Kat begin the sound journey with various ambient & sacred instruments. This will be followed by a pure 30+ minutes of bliss with an immersive sound bath experience. You’ll be relaxing in your inner world in a meditative state, while Sarah gives hands-on reiki healing to all attendees who’d like to receive it.

This long and luxurious Reiki Sound Bath will include live, ambient instruments such as shruti box, singing bowls, chimes, drums, bells, and other vibrational sound medicines.

These gentle healing modalities will assist your body in relaxing, and in energetically releasing what you are ready to. ✨

All are welcome - no experience necessary!
