Dr. Micah and Mentor$chip received an invitation from Dr. Hamilton, the principal of McIntyre Comprehensive Academy, to address students about scholarships and career opportunities. 🎓💼 After two visits and discussions with various student groups, Dr. Hamilton requested Dr. Micah's return to specifically engage with a group of young men, teaching them the essential life skill of tying ties.

Eager for the opportunity, Dr. Micah invited Pastor Miles, the leader of ManUp, a local organization promoting manhood and responsibility, to join. Along with several participants, they collectively instructed 16 young men on tying neckties. 👔 Having brought an ample supply of ties, each participant was allowed to choose their favorite to take home. Pastor Miles even introduced a challenge, awarding $10 to the best-tied tie at the end of the event. 💰💰

As the fall semester comes to a close, figuring out how to pay for the spring semester is a conversation in many households. If loans are the only options, which type of loan makes the most sense: Federal 🇺🇸 or Private Student Loans 🏦?

🇺🇸 Federal Student Loans:
